"What a disappointment from past visits, and now I know why there were so few people dining on yesterday for Thanksgiving dinner. In the past the place was always filled with patrons. Staff said upfront when we made the reservations that the Thanksgiving buffet would now include a plated entree and sides and the salads/dessert tables would be buffet. No problem, or so we thought. Having birthday dinners at this restaurant is somewhat of a tradition in our family. So for our daughter's 35th we made a reservation for 6. We really like to sit by the windows for the best view of the track, I had requested this on the reservation and we were accommodated. The seating was very comfortable. If you go, don't be in a hurry because service is slow. But we go to bet on the horses and plan to sit there for a while anyway, in fact we were at our table from 6 pm to 9 pm. I can't rave about the food but it wasn't bad either. It's more expensive than what we would pay for similar meals at local restaurants. Unfortunately my son-in-law was starving and they brought him the wrong meal...
