Opera House Bistro - Meny

Excellent!!! Had the oysters Rockefeller and the Marsailles chicken, both were fantastic! The sauce of the chicken was to die, they should just serve a soup bowl of it and I would be happy. Very recommended.

We went to Red Bud for a funeral and kind of stumbled at the Opera Bistro. We appreciate old architecture and rejoiced that this building was built in 1860. When we mentioned this, our server offered Erin and gave us a mini tour through the building. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich and tortilla soup she said she was the best she ever had. I had the black catfish that had great taste. We both had the glazed carrots that were excellent. We were feeling at home and had a nice conversation with the owner on the way out when she also knew our friend who left. I would definitely recommend this place, and if we're ever back in Red Bud, we'll stop again.

Our visit today was great. We sat outside on the terrace. Nice breeze. Watching all different vehicles was fascinating. I had the best margarita I had for a long time! Your house made sweet sours was enormous. The food was exceptional again! I had the Blackened Salmon Taco's they were delicious. The house made tortilla chips were Mmm. The guacamole ingenious. The Polnta was a beautiful tasty touch. My wife had the Poached Salmon Wrap with one side of Potato Salad. She said everything was very good. The staff reminded us of our previous visit. Our server was pleasant and nice to treat. Nice to see the same staff. We'll be back. Can't wait to try some of the other selections soon. — with Vicki...
