"First time there after hearing a lot of good things, so we were surprised a bit surprised at the mediocrity. We were seated in the covered patio area which has open panels to the outside. Completely over air-conditioned to the point of being uncomfortable. The chairs are annoyingly low to the ground so the table rises up to the chest, making you feel like a 5 year-old sitting at the grown-up table after your parents ran out of phone books. The bronzino was delicious, but a little too much artichoke with it. Restaurant started to get busy, but we were in no hurry. Always love the Tower for 2 dessert.

Our waiter, Eli, was fantastic. The food was amazing. We sat in the patio and there was a bit of a fly issue. The kitchen also had an issue and the entrees took a long time to come out, but they did apologize and offer complimentary beverages. At one point, a busser was hammering a table next to us and a rowdy group was sat behind us, but that can’t really be helped. The food and service were truly excellent!

We have been to Pazzo many times and have had a great time. Unfortunately , last night was not stellar. We waited 35 minutes for an appetizer and another 45 minutes for our entrees. The waitress was wonderful but the kitchen needs help. Extremely slow ! We are hoping this is a one time event but we came very close to leaving and that is not good an incentive to coming back. Hopefully, they can fix the kitchen soon.
