"We have been frequenting Alpenrose for many years. The service was outstanding and the outdoor setting was lovely. However, we were disappointed with the food. The pork schnitzel was extremely tough, requiring a lot of effort to cut with a knife. On the positive side, the gazpacho and mashed potatoes were very tasty. The rosti could have been crisper. Additionally, some of the serving dishes appeared to be quite worn. Perhaps it was just an off day for the restaurant?"

"Second time here in the last year, just very disappointed in our experience last night and the recurring theme of long wait times. We had reservations for a party of 8. We arrived at about 7:15, but everything took a very long time. When we arrived it was peak hour, every table was full and the wait staff was running around so we were patient and understanding. We have worked customer service we get it. After 8, the place started to clear out and we still did not receive our food until 9.. almost 2 hours later. Once we did get our food, 3/4 of the way through my food I noticed two small curly black hairs baked into my chicken Romano. I was sick to my stomach after having eaten almost all of it, then finding hair.. Again, we have all worked customer service so we get it, sh*T happens, but when it does happen to you it completely disgusts and kills your vibe. They were extremely accommodating and kind about it, took the meal off our check and offered to remake it, but it was too far gone at that point to want anything else. On the bright side, salads, soup, appetizers were all amazing and no issues. Our waiter was amazing and did his absolute best with having two large tables among others so we tipped him very well and would definitely request him again."

"The food was great!! Our waitress was wonderful. Never had to ask for a refill. I do recommend making reservations. We ordered 2 appetizers, meatballs, and the Bruschetta. You get 3 big hand size meatballs smothered with sauce and cheese. The Bruschetta was perfect. The special was Stuffed Pork Chops 3 out of 4 guests from our table ordered the dish and everyone took home half the dinner. One guest ordered chicken and artichoke with a lemon sauce. You will need to try anything on the menu. All the food here is large portions, and you will not go home hungry!! See photos."

"We had my Dad's 70th birthday at Dom's today and it was awesome! They were able to accommodate us last min. Kaitlyn was our waitress and did fantastic! The food was hot fresh and delicious. We all had a great time! I highly suggest having your next pizza party here!"

"we love it here. the owners are so very nice, eating is delicious and homemade. it takes a because they make it order, but it is so worth it! they always ask us if everything is in order and they really care. we always feel like we're eating in a friend when we're here. it is only a little, picturesque place that serves delicious food."
