I had sushi several places in big cities like Chicago, I had sushi along the different oceans, and I had small town sushi... this place is closer to the upper end of the high-class sushi bars. It's our new one when we're in Madison. Family business and very modest prices. Nicely busy place for Sunday night. Well done Sushi Bar Team!

This is a great place to go and have sushi! Since I traveled around the United States, I tried to eat in as many sushi places as possible, from Hawaii to NYC. Everywhere I drive the sushi either too expensive for the amount or not good quality. But in the sushi bar the sushi is top for a small city business! Sushi Bar is also a family business! It is amazing to see that a family are brought together by the love they do. The servers are always super friendly, and the food is always good (what more can you ask)! My TOP 3 recommendations are, The Plate A sashimi, the Dragon, the Mexican and the Tiger rolling. Pictures below.
