"We're coming to North Conway about twice a year, so we were over there. This is not the worst place, but we will not be back to stay and it was not worth the money. We had come to White Mountain Hotel for drinks a few times in the past and decided to stay there this time. At first it was very loud. We were on the third floor so fortunately no sound from above, but the walls and doors are extremely thin. Great place! Breakfast was included with our reservation. No continental breakfast, but a complete sit-down order, what you want breakfast. The food was delicious. Had dinner at the bar one night and food was also great. Just wish that they apps during the day, but not the biggest deal. Our room was clean, spacious and had a nice view (did get mountain view), but I think most rooms offer a great view. The highlight of this resort is the outdoor hot tub and the heated pool. Was amazing to sit in the whirlpool while the snow came. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back in autumn!

Have come to this place for years and have always been happy. My parents booked a dinner at the 50th anniversary. I called the day to have champagne at her table when they arrived. The receptionist told me that her reservation had been canceled. The hotel claimed that my parents cancelled their room reservation and therefore their dinner reservation was cancelled. My parents never made a room reservation. When I asked how the restaurant could do that right, I was hung up. I talked to the manger. No excuse. He just said he couldn't do anything. We had only 4 days, 3 nights at White Mountain Hotel and Resort on the first weekend of school holidays! We booked our vacation a little last minute, but we could reserve two rooms. I am extremely worthy of the staff (Guinevere? who went the extra mile to get our rooms next to each other to make our stay easier. It was nice to have our family coordinates easier and it was so much more fun to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming (Joanne? which also made the stay very pleasant.
