"We were on vacation so we ended up going on Father's Day. We ended up waiting about 35 minutes. It did take a while to get our drinks and our food. But the waitress was very nice. We got the captain's Platter that is supposed to serve two. It was $45.99. I think if one of you has a small appetite it would feed two. On the bottom of the dishes four pieces of bread topped with a bunch of french fries you get two pieces of fish. We substituted the crab cake for the soft shell crab. It's basically all filler and not enough seafood. Because it's so much bread, french fries, onion rings, hush puppies, and then crawfish hush puppies. It's just not a lot of actual seafood. Great view when on the veranda yes, it is a veranda. Cameron was a great waiter. Just stopped for a drink and an appetizer. Hubs loved the raw oysters but the crab cake really fell flat. A good crab cake is 90% crab. Not so here, mostly filler with random small morsels of crab. We will give them another try for a real dinner one entree sounded very intriguing.

This was our first time here and we were impressed!! Service (thank you, Jessica) was phenomenal, raw oysters were amazing, as was the pre-mixed cocktail sauce. Grilled, marinated shrimp Po-boys and fried shrimp plate with coleslaw were also VERY good! Jessica picked up on small details and her timing for refills was impeccable. We will definitely be coming back!

Wow!! Just wow! I do not give out 5 Stars often, so when I do, know it's well deserved. Perfect atmosphere, perfect waitress,, perfect wait time for food, perfect temperature of food, and most importantly, perfect food. I had the grilled shrimp with sautéed mushrooms and onions with sweet potato fries. Friends had po bpy special (she loved it), another had the fried oyster and he really enjoyed that, and the other had raw and chagrined oysters. All perfect!
