"I visited Amar India for the first time on September 3, 2016 with my husband 's parents. His father is Indian, and he wanted some flavors from home. : I wanted something vegan, so after seeing they were veg-friendly I was happy to give it a shot. The person I talked to on the phone must have been having a bad day or something… all I asked was if they could make a dish vegan (which I do all the time at a different Indian place with no issue) and she got all flustered and hung up on me. A simple “no” would have sufficed.

First time eating from here. I like spicy foods so I tried the Veg. Jalfrezi with #3 spicy for dinner. The dish was delicious. It had just enough kick for me to enjoy the food and not be overwhelm with the spiciness. Portions was just right for 1 person with some rice left over. Will go back again.
