"The food was undercooked. I arrived at 9:45 PM, before the 11:00 PM closing time, but there was a loud vacuum next to me while I tried to eat and have a conversation, which was quite annoying. I was surprised that they didn't ask me to move my feet so they could mop. The staff seemed more focused on chatting than on serving us, and we had to wait 15 minutes after finishing our meal before anyone brought us our bill. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience with poor service."

The food and ambiance at the Watertown location in Iowa were exceptional! Our waiter, Danny, was fantastic and the entire staff was very attentive to our needs. I have diabetes and someone quickly brought bread to our table to assist me.

My experience at Applebee's on October 19 was disappointing. The appetizers and dollaritas we ordered were average, but the service was terrible. Our server, Trixie, was absent and we struggled to get her attention for refills. Every interaction with her seemed to come with an attitude. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the poor service we received.
