"the service is bad. waiter disappear completely. it was a happy moment if you could have a waiter to order something. they didn't bring everything we ordered. they said when we ask at the end of the night, they had not what we order (they never told us). at the end they added it to the check, so we need to wait more and more time until a waiter seems to fix the check. not recommended. valet parking is extremely expensive, even if they confirm a half."

Tapas sizes good for four people, a little too big for two, if they want to taste many on the menu, they are all well prepared. if full, service can be slow and noise high. large tables can accommodate large groups. beautiful selection of wines from Spain. will be back next time in the city.

Went with a group of friends for a nice dinner in DC. Was attracted to Arroz because of reservation availability and strong reviews. Reviews do not lie! Great food that is fairly priced. Quantities are small but that makes you appreciate every bite a little bit more. Definitely recommend seafood bomba rice. Honestly more upscale than it gets credit for

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
