"The Seafood #udon was fantastic It looked so good I forgot to take a picture before and started in a ate my shrimp tempura that sat atop the soup. The udon were nice and meaty. The snapper and the salmon in the soup were so delicate, the broth superb. Very nice balance and when finished I was full but not steak full. The Saba (mackerel) sushi was very good as well surprising since I am in Indiana."

Service is solid. Food quality is very good. Creativity is excellent. The Tiger roll with it's sweet potato, red snapper, and cilantro is one of the most uniquely delicious things I gave put into my mouth in quite some time.
