"Soup was good that?s where anything positive I can say about my eating experience last night at Ayhans. I ordered the Osoboco. It was tasteless and tasted like boiled meat. Maybe it was used to make a soup and reheated in a microwave. They graciously took it back and I figured Id be safe with a gyro platter. The gyro was terrible .It tasted like a seasoned burger with very little lamb. I assume not enough lamb was used because it is more expensive then beef. According to online recipes there should be at least 50% or more lamb in a gyro. Ayhans gyro had very little lamb and was very disappointing. My friend said her Sangria had very little alcohol. I enjoyed coming back to Avhan's, I hadn't been in a while. I recommend the Pulpo and a Eggplant entrée.
