"Today we were able to enjoy the fantastic Easter brunch at Falkenstein Castle. It was just amazing! The food was more than excellent, the buffet was constantly replenished and there was really nothing missing. There was something for everyone, from yogurt to beefsteak tartare. The food was fresh and the quality was high and very good. Everything was fully booked except for the last place, but the service was never overwhelmed. "Wir waren zu Viert. 2 x Kalbsleber, 1 x geschmorte Kalbskopfbäggli, 1 x Zanderfilet. Preislich ist das Lokal eher in der gehobenen Klasse einzuordnen. Zum Essen: Zanderfilet sehr fein. Die Kalbskopfbäggli absolut lecker und vor allem sehr speziell. Die Lebern waren leider praktisch roh aber warm. Da wir alle miteinander essen wollten und ziemlich Hunger hatten, haben wir sie nicht zurückgehen lassen. War aber eher ein Leber-Carpaccio. Bei unserem Hinweis am Ende, dass die Leber praktisch roh waren, erstaunte die Reaktion des Wirtes etwas, denn das war nur etwas wie ein ahh oder oh . Das war dann schon etwas mager für ein Lokal in diesem Preisniveau. Dafür und für die rohen Lebern gibt es einen Punkt Abzug."
