"We booked this as it was adjoining the hotel we where staying in and we had read good reviews. We had booked in advance, which was fine but it was a lovely warm night and they put us inside. They have a large terrace by...the pool. We asked if it was possible to go outside but were informed it was not possible as they were all booked. There were several empty tables available which stayed empty all night. We had the impression the waitress could not be bothered to check. We were on the second serving so there are no later servings. Anyway to the food. I had a Caesar salad that was swimming in sauce making it uneatable. We then waited over a hour for our main course. The food, when it finally arrived was okay but by then we wished we had gone somewhere else to eat. The prices are quite expensive but the service and food did not match them. For the same prices I can eat in a gourmet restaurant here in Bern, Switzerland and this was not the same standard. We had a great time in Europa Park and will come again, but not to this restaurant"

"The hotel is really DIREKT at the park the main entrance is 1 minute from the hotel. Our room was clean and well equipped! The staff was very friendly and very friendly for breakfast. You can choose your breakfast when you check in there are 4 different plates (because of Corona). The hotel has its own small supermarket where you can actually get everything homemade pizza there. The hotel also has its own parking."

"During a visit to the Europapark. Many know it safe to stay overnight or just want to eat something in the evening before departure. There are delicious pizzas and drinks at fair prices. (Pasta also on the map of us however not tested)We were kindly received and served by the owner.Pizzen don't get served hot and crispy 20 minutes later. Beer from the barrel also recommended.Diameter of pizzas on loose 38/40cm, neatly go beyond the pizza plate.Shoulding and from the dough also more than just to classify solid.Who knows the prices for drinks and food from the park, or partly also from other restaurants outside, gets here an over from good price/performance ratio."

"We came here after a day at Europa Park. There were 9 of us, adults and kids. I asked the waitress outside for a table or a couple of tables and she referred me to the owner/manager inside. When I went in, I was rudely told "NO!". I was very taken aback and left immediately. My sister went in after that to talk to the lady, but also got a very curt response. I can understand if you have reservations or are too busy but you are in a service industry and it is not professional to be rude to potential customers. Guess that they didn't want our euro dollars!!!We walked across the road to the Apres Park where we were welcomed and had a wonderful evening.Don't waste your time here...go across the road to the Apres Park restaurant."
