"I loved that this place seems to be family owned and run, but I have to give feedback on my burrito. They have a burrito option on the menu which has ham in it. I asked to substitute the ham w/ chorizo and I figured since it's swapping 1 meat for another, there would be no charge. But, I was charged $5 more. I figured it would be fine, until I got the burrito. First off, it took them forever to make the burrito. We were waiting for over 10 min. Don’t order online, we placed order online and waited at least 30” for our 2 veggie bagels. Saw a lot of people come in and order and leave before us.

Love the Bagels when they have them available. Went in the other day just before lunch and wanted a dozen plain bagels and 1/2 dozen all everything. Was told they were out of them. How can a bagel shop be out of bagels just before lunch? Has happened to me previously as well. With parking in the downtown Burlingame area so difficult due to the endless construction, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
