"Actually, this place doesn't even deserve a star. it takes a lot of me until I get up and leave a place, but this place let me run for the hills. dreadful service for this one male older water that gave me an employment while I ordered. too long to explain, but I will never go there. I should know how I came in, this lady went out and said, "never again""

It's horrible that your establishment tricks fellow Jews by calling yourselves a kosher facility. That is a terrible thing to put a stumbling block before the blind.

Absolutely terrible. The mediocre food is worth nothing since the staff is extremely rude. I asked out waiter for a water and he seemed extremely agitated the whole night. Would not recommend.

do not talk about a hand what the other does. I called at 20:45 to find out when I had to pick up an order for a delivery on Sunday and they told me about 11 o'clock. literally called 7 minutes later, on Saturday night, another person answered and said no more orders to take. very good!

"Decent at best. That’s all really. It is very noisy- by design. Look up and you’ll see why. The ceiling is designed to carry the noise from the bar throughout the restaurant. And honestly I don’t care to listen to the bumpin music they’re playing at the bar when we’re at our booth 50+ feet away. It is also very dim. Extremely poor lighting, according to our waitress (who was very nice) this is also by design because other diners have made comment about this too and she said she’s mentioned it and the feedback she gets is “it creates the ambience.” Yeah okay…… “ambience.” The food is decent at best. Caesar salad was pretty good. But what is up with the streak being doused in butter? There was a pool of butter on my plate around my steak. Is the lighting dim in the kitchen too? Can the chefs not see what they’re doing? All in all, New York Prime is not any better than Morton’s or The Capital Grille. In fact, we probably should have gone to one of those two. There’s nothing New York about this restaurant at all. After returning home we decided to check out New York Prime’s website and read their menu story about how “New York Prime is a different kind of steakhouse.” If you ever want a laugh, read that. You’ll tear up, it’s hilarious. Proprietors seem very full of themselves! Anyway, we were very unimpressed, will definitely not be returning."
