"A large breakfast place (and more)... Always!. I ate in this restaurant many, many years ago when it was under different management, and I would have called it a run-of-the-mill Italian restaurant. I'm very glad I decided to try again. I had the Country Omelette, which was covered with a huge omelet with delicious engraving and served with a cookie. I also had the Clam-Chowder I think is the best on this side of Tom's Oyster Bar. The service was fast and friendly, and the variety of dishes is fantastic. And the price is very reasonable for all you get and for the quality. I definitely want to eat here again and try to work my way through the menu."

"Food was amazing, Restraunt was clean and had spectacular views. Service was like they didn't want to be there. Our server came around and asked what we wanted and never looked at us or our way. Your whole conversation this night was very short every time. Free yourself from servers and start fresh with new blood."

"Never been here before we went by that way and thought we would try after work. decent food, but a kind of damped taste for everything if the sense makes. Nothing crashed or jumped on us as particularly remarkable, but it is what someone would call comfort food intended to you feel full and satisfied. The crowd was not very diverse, mostly pensioners saw it out, or could have been the time we were about 5 p.m., but seemed more of a local meeting place for generations who are loyal to him, what is good, but it is definitely more of a family vibe, so not really a cool bar feel inside when you are looking for this. The staff is something of the kindest I've ever met and went to mind how it felt as if we were all family in a living room enjoying a meal together. If that's the mood you're looking for, I'd say it's the place for you. If you are looking for a hip, diverse amount with a bold menu, not so much. It is perfect for a safe, family meal without surprises when making sense. Recommended."

"Wow experience, our server Destiny was smiling, polite professional and made sure we had amazing time, recommened delicious salmon paired with wine, we highly recommend you try calamari and soups. Host made us feel welcomed at front and accommodated our requests with a smile. Highly recommend River Rat ,Big thanks to Destiny and owner Bob who visited us at table , as team work and friendly family welcoming atmosphere is hard to find on late Friday night. We will be back and recommend to our friends and family. Happy Healthy Summer 2022 to All !"

"In a word, Troubling. Why? OK, let's start with the positives. The view is very nice (boat watching! and there's typically parking If you arrive by sea. And of course, we can't forget about the bartender, Tom; always friendly and professional. But that's where it ends...and it hurts me to say that because I used to love eating here.....the food used to be on point, with great variety, and well prepared. Now? Flat, no imagination, and lacking even a spec of creativity. If you would like to have a decently prepared cocktail, sit out side at the bar, and watch the boats go by, this is your place. If you're looking for a delicious meal, keep looking. Sincerely, disappointed."
