My husband and 5 children decided to go with: the gator sausages (excellent, andouille sausages (very good, Tasso(it would be very good in beans and rice, the cancer pistols(amazing! meatcake(fabulous, BBQ chicken(a little dry, only ok). The best of all.the ribs, oh my, they were the absolutely best! Great place to drive from Mississippi on the way to Houston, Texas! You don't want to miss this fabulous find!"

One of the best.... Smoked boudin is out of this world. Boudin balls were very fresh and clean-tasting. Top-quality pork products. Nice to have this great place right over the bridge instead of having to drive all the way to Acadiana,.

Near I-10 and great.. About a mile from I-10. If you rush through Louisiana, and cannot find the time for a sitting meal, but a taste of delicious hot eating, go to the market side of this place, and get a beautiful variety filled bread and meat and bounty. I would say it will probably be better than most Sit-down Cajun meals you get anywhere near the Interstate. Much bang for your ass. (I grew up in Lafayette and know about these things)
