I made a sandwich for it when I returned home, which may not have been its best showcase. I threw the remainder in the freezer and have pulled out a slice at a time the last two days to make toast with good butter. Here it absolutely shined phenomenal flavor and crunch. I thought this morning as I enjoyed it with eggs that it was some of the best bread I've had recently.
