"Where do I start. When we drove in at 9pm, the main Sonic sign was half lit. When we pulled into a stall to order, the video screen wasn't working. Neither were half of the other ones. The person taking our order couldn't understand us and it had to be repeated 3 times. They then informed us the shake machine was out of order. Lastly, we waited 10 minutes to get a strawberry limeade and a blast. Oh, did I forget to mention that there were only 2 other cars there. "The worst burgers we have ever been served. Cooked so hard we weren't able to finish them. I've fell asleep grilling and served better to my family than this was. Service was friendly and drinks were kept full though. Cook came to me to hear my complaint, she was friendly. Discounted me 50% off our burgers.
