"I had driven past this restaurant, Jay's Cheesesteak, many times and always thought it looked like a rundown hole in the wall. Eventually, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. It turns out this used to be Dosa's spot, and the food is just as good. The veggie biryani is delicious, with varying levels of spiciness that adds to the flavor.
