"We had our first experience with Blaze and I was pleasantly surprised by the product. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the process to new people. The concept is makes to order personal thin crust pizza made fresh with a fast-food timeline. There were plentiful and fresh ingredients to choose from from which to make your own creation or order one off the menu. The pizzas are about 10’ in diameter and can easily be eaten by 1 or 2 people with no problem. Drinks and sides (salad, breadsticks, etc are an additional fee. The pizza is wood fired and delicious. The restaurant is clean and organized well."

Disgrace to Italian culture. It’s like if subway was make your own pizza instead of sandwich’s except the pizza is beyond foul. It is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen before and I’ve seen some bad pizza.

When they first opened and were brand new, their pizza was great. Lately, over this past year, their pizza tastes horrible in comparison to when they first opened. Also, the air inside this restaurant has an odor that makes me want to hurl now. I stopped going after it became clear that this is simply how they are now.
