"I wish we had gone to Blind Bishop sooner. We couldn't decide what we wanted, so we opted for the prix fixe dinner and wine pairings. The food and wine were great and worthy of a repeat visit by themselves, but the service and attention were so much better than anything we've come to expect in Dallas. The wine pairings aren't set in advance but are selected after considering your personal palate, preferences, and/or mood. It made the dinner feel special. Will definitely be back soon."
