"We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to our server, Scott, attempting to hide the gratuity on our bill. He intentionally tore off the bottom of the itemized receipt when we inquired about the gratuity. When we asked if gratuity was included in our $525 bill, he claimed he wasn't sure. Despite this, the food was delicious and the recommendations were excellent. However, the wait for our entrees was excessively long, as we waited an hour and a half."
