"I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant! I came here with two friends for brunch and the service was excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and the manager on duty came to clear our plates and check on our experience. Overall, a great experience! I ordered the kale salad and was surprised to see that they used curly kale that wasn't massaged. This was a bit unexpected for me, as I am used to dining at more upscale establishments. During our visit to Texas, we had one of the best dinners at this restaurant. The appetizers and drinks on the rooftop were fantastic. The dinner downstairs was impeccably prepared and the service was friendly and enjoyable. The bourbon cake was absolutely delicious.

The restaurant seemed to be attempting too many different things. For instance, the grilled brisket hash appeared to be a good and simple dish, but the dill sauce seemed out of place. The stacked pork enchiladas were tasty, but resembled more of a stacked chalupa. The avocado toast was unique, with more of a nut bread flavor than avocado. The bread was mainly made of sliced nuts. However, the service, atmosphere, and location were all excellent. The prices were a bit high, considering the portion sizes.

Boiler Nine is a fabulous restaurant! Centrally located in Austin, Tx. I highly recommend as the menu and wine selection has something for everyone’s taste/ celebrations. The salmon dish I had was amazingly fresh and popped with complimentary flavors of roasted veggies, a mustard sauce and dill. The Gorgonzola stuffed dates w bacon jam and a spicy pepper purée is absolutely delicious! My husband had the burger with avocado and homemade potato chips, all very delicious and filling. We were greeted upon entering and our hostess seated and attended to our requests with a smile. The observation deck is great for drinks and a view.
