"UPDATE: After posting this review about my experience I received a call back from Bonchon and a refund was facilitated. I have changed this review from one star to three stars. About a week ago I placed an online order that I picked up shortly before they closed. I realized when I got home that the woman at the counter had given me the wrong order. I tried to contact Bonchon numerous times via email and did not receive any response. I then called the store, and the gentleman I spoke with refused to give me a refund, was quite rude, hung up on me twice. Their wings are really tasty and crispy love the soy garlic. The spicy wings are HOT we have a spicier palate than most Minnesotans and struggled with these ones. Still absolutely delicious.
