"Solid BBQ.... Beaver County can have a lacking food scene if it is outside of Italian and mom and pop diner type food. Bowsers has been around as long as I can remember and had always been a great sandwich and salad place. The names are fun Pittsburgh athletes or just iconic peeps. It makes it fun and the food is decent. The BBq is relatively recent, but is pretty good. Their brisket is my go to with the Bridket grilled cheese. I have also had a smoked apple cobbler which was awesome, bur I never see it on the menu. The downsides is that their takeout can be hours wait and their price points are a bit higher than the average BC resturant. It is worth the money though! Ambience is typical ne...

We have been loyal customers for years however over the last year we have seen the quality and quantity of our go to breaded chicken salads go down and the price go up. $19 for a breaded chicken salad that has what is equivalent to 2 chicken tenders leaves me feeling completely ripped off and taken advantage of. After tip we spent $57 for two salads which is just completely unreasonable.

"We went to Biba for about 2 years and it's the best restaurant in Beaver. The menu always turns on the basis of seasons or what is fresh to hand. At our last culinary experience we had: appetizer: roasted eggplant, 10/10 entrances: Tagliatelle and flank steak, both 10/10 dessert (not shown): Bourbon peach peach peach pancake without peach, 10/10 No matter what we ordered, it was amazing. Typically we order her Pork Milanese, this is my way, and my fiancée favorite is the Cuban sandwich. We have ordered these 2 menu items more than anything else, as they are usually held there. The food is always fresh and hot when it comes out. Regarding the service/owner: We always come back because of the atmosphere. They are treated like family and greeted with a smile. Amanda is our favorite server and James always makes a quick job. The actual star is the boss/owner Jason, no matter how busy the kitchen is, he will usually take a few moments to come and ask how your meal is. You don't have to be regular so he can come out and pretend. If they are short staff or super busy, he will take tables or get food out, he is not about any work and it is really nice to see. Biba is a BYOB to bring adult drinks. In total only a wonderful restaurant in the heart of Beaver. Only a side note: It is a smaller restaurant, but they have limited outdoor seating. We would highly recommend a reservation a few days/weeks in advanced, because they fill quickly! Also make sure to check the menu online, it is always for this day and usually changes week for week."
