The order wasn't taken for a long time and when it finally was, it arrived incorrectly. Only one drink was correct and the other or the correct drink was only brought (no exaggeration) after a 25 minute wait. Waiter was stroppy, disinterested and then claimed we hadn't waited. Incorrect additionally charged items on the invoice were complained about, the employee claimed that a refund would be made reported by telephone after three weeks, whereupon this was disputed. To date no refund. Absolutely not trustworthy.

Schiller is often rated incorrectly, the outdoor terrace is mentioned again and again but that's not everything, the brasserie has a lot more to offer and the fact that there is a bit of a wait on the terrace at peak times shouldn't be the reason to give it a bad rating, but I'm glad the weather is nice and enjoy the incredible location. Be happy and don't complain at a high level.
