"Today is TGI Friday, so we decided to enjoy a nice meal at a reasonable price. The staff was attentive and the manager even stayed during our meal. We encountered two small issues, but both were resolved to my satisfaction. The hostess was unaware of my OpenTable reservation, but since the program was new, I chalked it up to a training issue. The other problem was that I do not like paprika at all. The menu did not mention it, but my pretzel chicken sandwich came with a significant amount of it. I spoke to the manager, who agreed that it shouldn't have been there but couldn't control the menu. He offered to replace my dish, but I had already removed the paprika and enjoyed my sandwich. While I realize most people wouldn't be bothered by this, it did slightly detract from an otherwise pleasant dining experience."
