"Brotherton's is about a mile off IH-35. It sits in a small strip center located on a side road. It was difficult to see as you approach, and I relied on my GPS. Once in the parking lot, there are signs at the top of the building exterior facade. Iarrived at about a quarter till noon on a Thursday. For a $14 sandwich plus tax and no sides, I expected the Reuben to be really good.. sadly, it didn't meet my expectations.. pretty disappointing.. the purple cabbage sauerkraut was definitely the star of the show though..

Absolutely Amazing Food!! This may be the best BBQ meal I have ever had. The restaurant is very spacious and incredibly clean. The staff was top notch!! Very helpful and patient with people making decisions. Lots of seating which is a nice change as somany BBQ places are not known for that. I had the Turkey, Brisket, and Brisket Boudin. Garlic Green Beans and Tater TotCasserole. Top it all off with Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding. My waist line isn?t happy but my taste buds are ecstatic!!

LARGE RESTAURANT nestled in a strip mall, the restaurant has two dining areas and plentiful tables. I came in between lunch dinner, so not many customers, but I’m so glad to have found this spot. TENDER BRISKET I think TX BBQ is judged by how they cook serve the brisket. I ordered a double portion of brisket, and it definitely impressed me! Large strips, smoky flavor, and subtle seasoning. ALL ABOUT THE SIDES wasabi coleslaw tater tot casserole. Those two sides, in itself, is enough reason for me to come back here.
