"On Monday evening we decided to eat at the Restaurant Hotel Bruchwiese , Preußenstraße. After we had experienced a pure disappointment on the eve of the Zahm Inn, we were allowed to enjoy a first-class food in the restaurant mentioned above. A super delicate calf carving, tastefully very good, was served with first class prepared roast potatoes. My acquaintance chose the pork steak in Dijonsenf sauce. Also top-class!!! The previously enjoyed appetizers, avocado with salmon as well as lion tooth salad with liver paste dumplings, simply super. Everything was fresh and handcrafted. This kitchen is flattering. here you can enjoy good bourgeois house kitchen. we had a good time. the consequence was great and the spectacle was really the hit! better it could not make mama home =d we like to come back when we are at the place. can make a recommendation!

a really small hotel with only 15 rooms in family-run with restaurant. I can't judge the rooms myself, but know from a friend who stayed there that they are clean, ordentich and well maintained. the menu is not big, but eating is always freshly prepared and is very good, price-performance ratio is in order.

We visited the restaurant in a barely known corner in Saarbrücken. DIe service was friendly and quick. Our drinks (1 non-alcoholic wheat beer and 1 currant juice choir) and the greeting from the kitchen (Oliven and herbal cucumber) came to the table very quickly. For me a pumpkin cream soup, then 1 scavenger with roast potatoes for my husband and for me pasta with seedlings. Two Espressi and the bill.
