"Two times in a row this location cannot get my order right. Both the bagels I ordered were not the ones I selected and the cream cheese was supposed to be strawberry. It was spread with some weird red sauce mixed in the strawberry cream cheese. Was obviously mixed with knives. Totally disgusting. I dont recommend wasting your time, money, or energy ordering from this place."

After not allowing any modifications, they chose to modify my order on their own without contacting me by putting my smoked salmon sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel for the turkey chipotle sandwich was hard, it felt a couple days old. The twice baked hash brown was flavorless.
