"I am currently home sick and recovering and I wanted to send a big Big Bagel Bundle with orange juice and Fresh Brewed Coffee to my staff as a surprise to say thank you for all of their hard work in my absence. Unfortunately, the two tubs of cream cheese were missing which were the main components of the entire order. I called and explained my situation to the manager and he was very understanding, polite and gracious enough to deliver the cream cheese himself. Im very thankful for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to reconcile the situation. It is not jist excellent food, but quality and care like this that truly makes the world go round!"

This is my first time trying this restaurant and the Asiago bagel was absolutely delicious. The generous portion of cream cheese was a huge bonus as well. I was pleasantly surprised that I could also buy their cream cheese. I really appreciated how quickly my order was prepared. I wish this place was located at Ft. Drum! Now I know where to go for breakfast while at work.

I ordered the salmon sandwich and was disappointed to find that the bagel wasn't toasted and had very little cream cheese or capers. The small pieces of salmon barely covered the tiny bagel, and I felt the sandwich was overpriced at $11. My experience with delivery was not as good as when I order in person. The brisket looked okay, but not up to the standard of in-person orders. I am only giving 2 stars because my order was fulfilled, but it did not meet my expectations. Thank you to Doordash for assisting me. Please send photos for proof.
