"We are regulars. Placed order online. Finally got to window and they forgot the milkshake. I walk up to counter and the girl was spooning ice cream into her mouth at the window when I tried to speak to her. The now melted milkshake was made wrong, sitting behind the counter. They added whip Cream but said “don’t add the malt it will be just fine they will take it”. I am horrified how rude and careless they have become."

Every time I have gone here they have gotten my order wrong. The staff was not friendly but the manager on duty made sure my order was right. It took over 40 in drive thru. For the price you pay and the service it is not worth it. I have not gone back

I have gong there a few times with my grand kids. The ice cream is about the best around where we live. But the service is very poor. Every time I go there you have to repeat your order a few times and steel get something different. Like today after repeating my order about 5 times I was serve the wrong flavors of ice cream Iam going to find me another ice cream place
