"Bruster's has always been a middle of the road ice cream shop to me. I tend to lean towards hard ice cream over soft serve and appreciate the amount of flavors they carry. But I never find myself loving the actual product. Most recently I changed it up and tried their birthday cake ice cream, which was decent, but my scoop was probably 40% icing. Texture wise, it actually worked, but the flavor was just okay. The banana pudding ice cream was vibrant yellow and just tasted artificial. Their waffle cones are always good. I've had better flavors, but given Covid-19 I didn't want to ask for samples, so I likely would've been happier with some other options."

Always decent ice cream, and worth the 15 minute drive for us. The only downside was that they don't keep chocolate peanut butter on their consistent menu.

Talk about a yummy ice cream treat. Brusters has a unlimited options to satisfy all ice cream lovers. Went on a warm spring evening for a after dinner snack and it amazing. I got a regular size dish of chocolate Oreo ice cream with crumbles of Reese's peanut butter cups on top. It was the perfect size to fulfill my sweet tooth without being too much. Can't wait to go back and try another concoction. Highly recommend for ice cream lovers of all ages!!!

Yummy ice cream. I love the waffle cone bowls they offer. I only give it a four because there is no consistency. I have gone at least 5x and every time I go the portions of toppings are different and sometimes even forgotten. It's convenient for us because we live very close but wish there was more consistency on the portions. I don't know if I'm getting ripped off or getting a generous amount because every time it's different. If you have a dog they offer a free doggy treat !! That's very generous of the company and I can appreciate that.
