"Fantastic...and line up a DD. Fantastic Belgian beer selection, start with a flight of draughts to then a few bottles. You will find a a favorite or two. Great food as well, we had the Bitterballen to start, a Dutch meat croquette, not always on the menu. They were a nice smokey, salty, delight. I had the Moules Frites in the Brussels preparation (garlic, leaks and lardons)...make sure you get the bread to sop up the liquid when you have eaten all the mussels My lovely had the Flemish beef stew...she loved it. Delicious! Don’t come here in a hurry as service can be slow, but everything is well worth the wait. The frites with spicy mayo are amazing, and I love their quiche and vegetarian tarts too. Never disappoints! Fabulous soups too. Highly recommend!

This was our second time here and it was even better than the first. My partner and I ordered several appetizers to split because we couldn’t settle on just two entrees. Every single one was delicious and perfectly cooked. It should go without saying that the beer was a great accompaniment. As a restaurant owner, I know how difficult it is to pull this off, so kudos! The only downside is that it’s a loud space, but they’ve done what the can to make that better by adding panels to the walls to absorb the sound. I’ll take the noise, just bring me more of those perfectly cooked mussels and a tasty beer!

I have enjoyed all my visits to Cafe Bruges. The food is always consistent and fresh, presentation and detail is always great. The beers don't rotate that much, however they don't need to, they have a staple of Belgium Classics and a well rounded bottle inventory that can satisfy a multitude of beer drinkers palates. (Josh) the bartender is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Having someone passionate about beer production and knowledge of ingredients is important for a specialized service such as this bar. He made the already great experience a phenomenal one, and this is coming from someone who works in the industry.
