"This place has a lot to improve on. First off all the food is always made sloppy, lacking and nothing, literally nothing like advertised. They're always screwing up orders when you ask for a double and get charged for a double, they give you a single. Never fails. When you ask for it to be made without something, like tomatoes, they make it with it anyways. They literally can never get orders right. Always mixing them up. It's kind of frustrating... if it was like every once a while, it wouldn't be a big deal but it's all the time. Something has changed at the Eagle River Carl's Jr. My last review gave them 1 star for consistently incorrect orders, snails pace service, and mediocre food The last few months have seen a complete turnaround There is a consistent group of people who are getting orders right, cranking the food out a bit quicker, and generally making it much more pleasant and much less chancy to eat there Maybe they took my prior review to heart

I haven't been here in a long time, but an early morning shift brought me here for breakfast. Overall a pretty decent location. It's clean and the employees are friendly. I had the Breakfast burger with some French Toast Dips, they were pretty good for fast food breakfast. However, there was a long wait to get the food, which was a little odd given how few people there were. Hence the four stars. Breakfast was good, I'd feel confident about coming back for lunch.

The food was decent but the restaurant was extremely dirty. Almost every table was dirty and the booths have a small channel in the back that collect stuff, they looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time. The number they give you so they could bring your food to you was filthy. There were employees that were just standing around talking that could have easily taken care of the entire dining room in about 10-15 mins but this is the culture we breed today.

"Garcia's was always a family favorite growing up for both myself and my boyfriend's families. It made for the perfect date night for us and we both loved that the food was just as good as we remembered it being when we were kids. It was nice to have a date night in a place where we both had really good memories. I'm looking forward to bringing our kids there one day and adding to those memories on the other end. The service was spectacular also. We were well waited on, without any hovering. It was perfect."

"The lobby could use a more attentive and mysterious ambiance. The fries were scattered on the racks, there was some grime on the tables, and the drink station desperately needed cleaning. Their new kiosk setup went well, but we were instructed to take a card and place our orders at the table, yet our food arrived completely cold. It seemed they weren't focused on marketing or customer service. Additionally, a young child was playing in a game area that was unsuitable for her age, indicating a lack of supervision. Overall, the management seemed to be missing the point of the experience, and it felt like they were trying to emulate McDonald's but missed the mark."

"Here's the deal, if you are going to post a time of 8pm for closing.... -Keep serving until 8pm. I arrived at 7:55 to order a plain latte and hot chocolate only to find the staff had already mopped floors, stowed chairs, cleaned out the espresso machine, and apparently had closed out the register as they complained when I attempted to pay with cash after already being denied the latte due to staff shutting down early. I paid with card, carried out one of the two drinks I had stopped to purchase, and will likely not pass on any recommendations to friends and family of this establishment. A note to the owner/s: If staff is in such a hurry to leave at the end of their shift post a 7:30pm closing time and give them 30 minutes to clean up uninterrupted. It was obvious to myself and the two people that attempted orders after me in the drive-through were not welcomed guests."

"In terms of fast food, Arby's seems to be one of the only functional places in Eagle River right now. With the exception of Panda Express, everyone else always, without fail, takes 30 mins or more to make one simple meal. At that point you might aswell eat at a real restaurant. Arby's usually has my food ready in 5 minutes. That alone gets a high review. Staff is prettyfine. Lobby is consistently open, which is a major plus. Only real complaint I have is that the tables are always really dirtyin the lobby. Other then that, this place is pretty excellent."
