It has been so on several other occasions over the years, convince me, finally, not to order grilled chicken again. So sad as I love the flavors of the fried chicken club. When I called, I said if I came back, they would do it right. (The reason for only one lost star. But I decided not to go out again. I wanted to throw out the sandwich. Besides the chicken texture, I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich because I didn't pay attention to the new food numbers, and it was just not my taste."

It was better than McDonald's. Fries were fresh and crisp and I could say that my burger hadn't already sat. And the girl behind the counter didn't treat me like I was just one of the hundreds of customers she had to talk to at the time, she was nice and polite!

Fast food in general is good.. Fast food. I occasionally try with a big Mac from Mc Donalds or Frosty from Wendy's. But it's just inside and out. But in all my life I was never so welcome to eat in a restaurant as early this week at the Carls Jr. Happy Valley location. I am 76 and have a hard time around me, this young gentleman with the name Jack I think helped me to a table and helped me to order. Everything I needed Jack and the rest of the crew was on top. Best food and service I ever had the privilege to experience.
