"The service was **** poor and the wait time was displeasing. Despite that this gentleman that works evening named Mike was very helpful. He was prompt, was familiar with my rewards points program and friendly while doing so. Kudos go to him for his stellar service. People like him is why I keep coming back. 3 stars as I was a driver and just delivering. I was there no more than 6 minutes. If I was eating it I wouldn't be mad because the food was hot. I could tell because I felt the heat from the bag. Maybe a 5 if I try them out
