"Sabina and Bonita were extremely helpful and attentive while serving me. I had a problem a few days ago after making an order on the app. The restaurant did not have enough chicken tenders to fulfill my order and unfortunately the staff was unable to cancel my order or give me a refund. They instructed me to try to get the refund online and if it did not work to contact the Manager and they would take care of it. After not hearing back for a few days I reached out to Bonita and she told me she could credit me or I could go pick up my order today instead because they had restocked. Rude. Not a single ?hello? or ?You?re welcome.? They talk to people with little to no respect. I?m not expecting 5 star service at all but at least treat me like a person. They just take your order and toss you the food. Worst service I?ve ever experienced.

Placed an order online and paid for it. The order was confirmed and when I got there to pick it up they had all the doors locked and no one was there. Reached out to support multiple times about getting a refund and no one could help. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a refund.

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."

"The whole experience was wonderful. The staff is so beautiful and pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken mile and it was spicy. My husband had a lobster court and he torn it. My husband also had an old fashion and said it was the best he ever had. Definitely recommend."

"tldr: amazing at always step the complete glowing review: the restaurant itself was very beautiful. the lighting was a perfect balance between dim and still in the position to read the menu. the decorative lights were so beautiful. there were also the most cosiest stands in which I was ever, they are surrounded by curtains and feel so private and comfortable. the corners have kissen and once I was stuffed at the end of the meal I was grateful to lean on them. the personal was wonderful. they let our table see the fish and bring them. they have great suggestions and know the menu well. that should die. the appetizers, sides and main dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. No one on our table of six had a crumbling left on their teller. we had vegetarian dishes, fish, huh, brote, it was all wonderful."
