"This is the absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience and encounter I’ve ever had. I’d love to write to corporate because there’s no way these reviews, or the experience I just had are consistent with the quality and integrity the chain claims to uphold. From the service line onward, the guy taking my order pretends to scan my reward, places in the wrong order for a simple 8 count meal. He never repeats the order, asks me for sauces, nothing… I’d been distracted but the total appeared stranger; which I’d realized after viewing the receipt was because he rang in almost an entirely different order. I get to the window…they’re taking selfies…….. I make mention of the error with how the milkshake...

I have only used the drive-thru or pick-up at this location and they are what you would expect from Chick-fil-A. Everything is always fresh, well put together, and delicious. The staff is very efficient for how busy they are everyday.

It was really good, but if you go to the drive through it can take around 15 minutes to get your food. I get a chicken sandwich and take the chicken off, put it in the bag and pour sauce in the bag that I want, then I shake it up, and I put the chicken back and eat! Highly recommended.

When lunch is voted on by the kiddos, Chick-Fil-A is always the top vote getter. Always a great experience with Chick-Fil-A, and we love it. We love the nuggets, waffle fries and the lemonade was amazing. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. We were in/out in no time, and everyone was happy with their meals (as always).

"As a door dasher simply went to pick up an order, this very mean and rude women at the cashier name Kerry was more like (Karen). Even though the order was right in front of her she refused to pass it to me until she was done with 7 customers. "I have literally seen this place for a while, but I never have to try it because it's so far away from us. Until an evening when we watched a movie in a theater near this area. It was just about a ten-minute walk from the theatre, so we have the opportunity to try it out at last (in contrast to the almost hour drive from Hoboken). We ordered two of the Saigon Special (Vietnamese pork ham, grill pork, pâté . It could be one of the best banana measures I ever had in my life. It is full of ingredients and is definitely for meat lovers. I don't think I ever had a banh mi with so many different types of meat it is usually just ham and pig and you usually have to pay extra to add pâté, but not in Saigon Subs. We didn't finish both and had it for lunch the next day, and it was still good. I would definitely get one per person, even if a whole is a little too much, but half will definitely leave you want more. I was trying to try the pork ball, but since we ate in the car, I thought it was too creepy. Let's hope we'll come back soon and try that one or maybe some of their rice dishes, but the Saigon Special is a must!"

"Ribs were good, but very small (especially considering the price). The chicken was just chicken fingers in sauce as opposed to the fried chicken that you'd expect in a chicken and ribs combo. And that was also an extremely small portion. The food was tasty, but overall very dissappointing."

"Great place to get out of the doldrums on a winter Friday night. Enjoyed our meal cocktails. Great wine spirits list. Kung pao octopus was good as was the duck breast. Didn’t love the winter Caesar because kale doesn’t work raw without some acid to break it down. Our cheesecake was a bit burned. More than “on purpose”."

"We placed an order through a turret and when my food was delivered, they had forgotten to give the scrub the salad. They offered a refund that was good, but we said we were disappointed and really wanted the salad, but understood. A little later the salad and a fresh pizza arrived with an apology for the situation. We were very impressed by their customer service and will definitely order from there again. And the food is great too!"
