"Whenever Mai and her husband ran this restaurant, the food was delicious and authentic. The new management doesn’t follow the same process, I guess, because the food is horribly tasteless. I am unsure if it’s a certain cook tonight, or if they just want the dollar bills and not earn it. No flavor. The stir fried cashew chicken tastes like oil and a green pepper and the chicken fried rice tastes like a burnt grill and no flavor like usual. Do better, China Town.
