"Wish I could give zero stars! I moved to Douglasville ONE WEEK ago and wanted to try this restaurant. Will never go back in this place! Those CHILDREN ARE RUDE and the full grown adults just stay in the back. Terrible customer service. I will spend my money elsewhere, even if I have to drive 20 minutes to do so."

Ordered over 70$ in food. Not only was the food cold and rubbery I got all the way home to find that my general chicken wasn’t in the bag. I returned and was told that I had to go back to get my receipt or pay for the general chicken again…. Never again which I could rate them a zero.

"Great food, cozy atmosphere. The only downside is they don't do phone/take out orders after 5 when they open. The line is ALWAYS out the door and takes a while to get a table unless you are there the second it opens. They can't expand. Literally the only complaint I have is the wait time and lack of take away but I guess it's to ensure freshness."

"We came in around 8 on a week night and we enjoyed a little jazz before it ended. Most tables were halfway done by the time we sat down... service was awful. The server was nice, but was not attentive or maybe she was avoiding us. We waited 40 minutes for fried oysters as our app before I asked what looked like a manager about our appetizer. I know how long it was because of what time it was when I took my first video. It seemed like the man I asked went to the back and made them himself. At that point most of the tables were gone but 2. About 15 minutes later our fried shrimp entree and po boy came out. It was a ridiculously long time for fried food. Don't go hungry."

"The food did not live up to the rating. The pasta was not fresh, the eggplant parmesan was very oily and over sauced. The cheese was too thick. The flavors were overpowered by salt, cheese, and tomato sauce. I suspect this is Italian food interpreted to suit local preferences. But this has little in common with Italian food from the country of Italy. The service was good, the ambiance was a little high energy for fine dining but pleasant overall, and the portions were oversized. "After attempting to eat at Nancy's Pizza because we wanted a Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and getting the worst service (which was no service. We were seated and our order was never taken. We were the only table w/o food. Only one other table was being used and they had food. 4 other people leaked in and the waitress went straight to them w/ plates ready to take their order even though we had been waiting 20 minutes). We have always loved Fabiano's as we used to live near by but have moved away. They did not disappoint! Drinks and order taken right away and Pizza was delicious! Great job!!!"
