"Let me first say I am very particular about the businesses I support. I have been eating at Citybird for several years now since their opening, and I have never had an issue with my order. In fact it has been excellent every. single. time. Its almost unprecedented how that can even be possible, but that would truly be an understatement to the hard work and commitment to every individual order these guys put in. On top of everything, its the best quality chicken in the entire state of Ohio (better than Chick-fil-a). I cannot say enough good things about Citybird."

City Bird serves the most delicious chicken tenders! The spicy sauce is outstanding! They also excel at packaging the food in a way that maintains its crispiness and freshness, even when delivered to your doorstep.

The salad had large hard stem pieces which could have been taken out before serving to customers. The spicy sandwich was almost inedible bc it was so spicy. I also did not realize the lemon thyme sandwich would be spicy.
