"A steak ordered “medium” came out completely rare. We sent it back. The cooks simply threw the pre-cut steak slices back on the grill and returned a disheveled looking plate with tough more than well done slices. No one returned to see if things were okay until it was check time. They seemed surprised we’d sat there 20 minutes not eating a thing. The meal was ultimately removed from our tab. The other entree had hair in the sauce but we did not complain. Just left it. We left the restaurant hungry and headed down the street for a carry out pizza. Very disappointed. We went to Civico to try the vegan menu and were not disappointed.. The food is fresh and delicious. Im still dreaming of the vegan mozzarella. It’s a very charming atmosphere and the service was great. We will definitely be returning.
