It 's complex and delicious with a chew to it that i just can 't explain. On my visit I had pistachio and ginger and the flavor profiles of both were simple, humble and yet very flavorful. Creamy, flavorful choices of cones, cups, sundaes and shakes. A line can form quickly and snake outside. The staff however is quick, efficient and friendly. A delicious stop in town.

Nice staff and great ice cream. The Matcha Almond is one of the best flavors I've ever had. We also enjoyed the peach, and there's a surprisingly large selection for non-dairy folks (4 flavors). Only con is it's pricey but so is everything else on Orcas and in general these days.
