"We hadn’t been back here since an anniversary dinner 2 years ago. After the last service and food, my wife had written it off the list. Now I remember why. It was packed, loud, chaotic and felt disorganized. We had an Open Table reservation at 7:30 and weren’t seated until 7:50. We asked our waitress about one of the appetizers and she obviously did not know what it entailed. We split an entree as we were not that hungry. For the money, thank God we did. The chicken was over cooked and dry, the potatoes were hash browns coated in butter and cheese. Needless to say, the pretzel bread was mainly my dinner. Come to Coopers Hawk for the wine, ditch the food. There’s a reason why, on a Saturday...

Food took 40 minutes to come out. Otherwise everything was good. Seated as soon as we got there for our reservation. Service was great. Kitchen was just crazy slow.

Service was good for the most part but waiting for our credit card to come back after paying our bill was about 25 minutes the appetizer came out faster than we got our credit card back.
