It had what seemed to be caramelized onions in it that added a nice flavor. The caprese salad had very good tomatoes. The fresh mozzarella was acceptable but not the best cheese I have had. Not bad by any means though. The dressing was a balsamic vinaigrette. It wasn't overly strong on the vinegar but I appreciated it. It was different from what I'm used to for caprese.
