"It’s a sad day in Chicago, after 30 years of going to the restaurants at the Drake looking forward to the famous Bookbinders soup, they absolutely ruined it. Totally unrecognizable, what a shame, it used to be full of chunks of red snapper I had such a flavorful broth the stuff they serve me was awful. I won’t be back"

Horrible service and overpriced menu. We had to go up to the bar after being told multiple times by the waiter he'd be back soon to take our order. We waited at least ten minutes before just ordering at the bar. $18 cocktails for nothing worth that much
