"sad day of assembly. not the level of the service is used to its characteristics. we made a reservation at cortina and were informed that they served the bar menu. if this is the case- cortina should not be advertised on open table for lunch. hard to undermine what made the experience subdue. our server posture was great- but they could say how apologetic he felt due to delays and lack of presence in the es pane. this has influenced our ability to continue our ski day (1.5h fast lunch?! the food quality was decent, but unfortunately, experience was damped by other factors."

we had a delicious and unforgettable meal in cortina on Sunday. the food was excellent .. above the top! we were guests in the hotel and were so happy that we included cortina as one of our dinner plans. M.C., our server, was incredible! so friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable. that was really an unforgettable eating. chef came to our table as I had commented on how I enjoyed one of his courses. He was so happy to share the ingredients! I can't wait to come back. finger crossed M.C is still there!
